Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to clearly define the enforcement approach for violations of Belle River Soccer’s Youth House League Code of Conduct and to reinforce the Club’s commitment to a safe, respectful, and positive environment.
Scope
This policy applies to all individuals participating in or attending Belle River Soccer Youth House League activities, including games, practices, meetings, and events.
Relationship to the Code of Conduct
All expectations for behavior are defined in the Code of Conduct. This policy governs how violations of that Code of Conduct are enforced, not how conduct is defined.
Enforcement Standard
The Club operates under a zero tolerance enforcement standard. Any violation of the Code of Conduct may result in immediate disciplinary action.
Disciplinary Actions
Depending on the severity of the violation, disciplinary action may include, but is not limited to:
- Immediate removal from the activity or venue
- Suspension from one or more Club activities
- Suspension for the remainder of the season
- Permanent removal from Club programs or activities
No warnings are required prior to enforcement.
Authority
Disciplinary decisions may be made by designated Club representatives, including but not limited to Club officials, Board members, or appointed discipline committees.
All decisions are final and will be made in the best interest of participant safety and the integrity of the Belle River Soccer.
Acknowledgement
Participation in Club activities constitutes acknowledgement of, and agreement to comply with, this Zero Tolerance Enforcement Policy.
