Application Guide

To apply as a Match Official with Belle River Soccer, please complete your application using the Belle River Soccer Member Zone.

For those requiring additional guidance / assistance, the following steps provide details on the application process. Should you require further assistance, please use our contact form.

  1. Before starting, determine if:
    1. You are applying for yourself
    2. You are applying on behalf of your child (14+)
    3. Your child will be applying on their own behalf
  2. Using a web browser, navigate to the Belle River Soccer Member Zone
  3. Locate the “Log In” / “Sign Up” section of the webpage

  4. If you are applying for yourself or on behalf of your child (1a or 1b above), use your own account/email to sign in. If your child will be applying on their own (1c above), have them log in or sign up using their own email.
  5. Ensure a complete profile for the applicant
    1. If the account holder is applying (see 1a or 1b above), click “Profile” then “Edit My Profile” in the left menu to review and verify all personal information is complete, accurate and up-to-date.
    2. If applying on behalf of your child (see 1c above), click “Profile” then “Edit a Player” in the left menu to review and verify all personal information is complete, accurate and up-to-date. If your child is not listed under “Edit a Player”, you will need to click “Profile” then “Add a Family Member” to create a profile on their behalf.
  6. Once you have confirmed a complete profile for the individual applying as a match official, choose “Get Involved!” from the left menu to expand the menu
  7. Click “Referee Application” from the drop down menu
  8. On the “Referee Application” page, locate the name of the person applying (the profile you just verified in step #4 above)
  9. Click the “Apply Now” button next to the applicants name (located in step #7 above)
  10. Complete the form details and click “Continue”

Once you have completed these steps, you will have formally applied as a match official and your name will be added to our recruitment list.

As per our Match Officials page, your application only ensures you will be considered for the upcoming season. This DOES NOT acknowledge / guarantee you will be selected as a match official.
